The Zojirushi BBCC-X20 Breadmaker

One of the things that people like best about the Zojirushi BBCC-X20 bread machine is that it is durable and extremely user friendly. One of the comments made most about this breadmaker is that the loaves of bread, no matter what type they are, come out perfect every time. Though you would think that this should be the case with all breadmakers, it definitely isn't. With many breadmakers, especially the older ones, baking bread can involve a lot of trial and error. With the Zojirushi BBCC-X20 breadmaker, this is rarely the case.

With the BBCC-X20 breadmaker, you can make up to three custom bread making programs, meaning that you can customize certain settings and the machine will store them in memory. This is great for people who are very particular about their baking and like to do things in a certain way. With customized settings, you don't have to keep going through a lot of steps each time you want to bake a loaf of bread in a certain way.

The Zojirushi BBCC-X20 has a wonderful new feature called 'bake protection'. If a loaf of bread is baking and for some reason the power to the machine is lost, as in the case of a power outage or if the machine is accidentally unplugged, the BBCC-X20 will 'remember' where it is in the baking cycle, and resume the baking right where it left off when power is restored. With older breadmakers, the loaf would effectively be ruined when the power went off, since the machines would start the cycles all over again when power was restored. There is, however, a limit to how long the machine will store in memory where a loaf of bread was in the baking cycle when the power was interrupted; usually only two hours at the most. With most power interruptions, however, that is usually plenty of time.

The Zojirushi BBCC-X20 has several cycles for baking different types of breads, and also cycles for cake, sourdough bread, and even jam. Instead of a single kneading paddle like most breadmakers have, the BBCC-X20 has two kneading paddles, which many people think are much more effective for even kneading. There is also a viewing window on this breadmaker, which lets you view what is happening in every step of the bread baking process.

With the great modern features of the Zojirushi BBCC-X20, its ease of use and its ability to turn out a perfect product every time, consumers who buy this breadmaker have been very satisfied.
